Jesus said, “My words are spirit and truth…“ The more we receive the words of Christ, the more filled we are with the Spirit. Jesus specifically came to defeat death and give us eternal life through his sacrifice and the truth that makes us free. The truth makes us free to walk and live in the Spirit.
It’s so simple! We keep feeding on God’s word like we would feed on physical food going from glory to glory being made into his image and likeness.
Pray for us that we’re able to develop small groups that help our local communities really get to know God. To know God is eternal life! Again, our goal is very simple. To know God through Jesus Christ and walk in the Spirit.
Another great thing is that we really see results when we let Jesus and the word of God transform us into his image.
It looks like everyone survived this election week and we are very thankful! We pray for peace in this country and that we can continue to have the freedoms to get to know God, better and better without being persecuted by the government.
