Beloved friend, Jesus wants you to know how deeply loved you are by God.
Stay close to His Word—abide in it—and you will remain clean. You were made clean (pure and blameless in His sight) when you first believed.
You are already clean because of the word Jesus has spoken to you (John 15:3). It’s not your own efforts or striving that make you clean—His Word has done it! “You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you” (John 15:3).
Because you are pure in Him, you can boldly ask for anything and receive it.
When you abide in Jesus and His words abide in you, you may ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you (John 15:7). You can come confidently before the Father, trusting that He hears you because you stand clean and righteous in Christ.
Keep abiding in His Word, and you will experience the beautiful reality of union with Him.
Jesus said, “Abide in me, and I in you” (John 15:4). As you stay in His Word, you’ll know deep in your heart: I am in Christ, Christ is in me, and we are both in the Father. “In that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you” (John 14:20).
The Father loves you with His unending, generous love.
He is the giver of every good and perfect gift (James 1:17), and His giving never stops. He delights to pour out blessings on you because you are His beloved child. You have been chosen and ordained by Jesus Himself to bear fruit—to live a life full of answered prayer and blessing (John 15:16).
God the Father is thrilled to give to you.
Just as a perfect earthly father loves to bless his children, your heavenly Father is even more eager. In fact, Jesus said the Father is pleased to give you the kingdom itself (Luke 12:32)! If you’re married, He sees you and your spouse as one, and He loves giving good gifts to you both together. He looks at you united with Christ and says, “It overjoys Me to bless you—both you and My Son as one.”
Never forget: Christ is in you, and you are in Him.
His Word lives in you, His Spirit fills you, and you share in His perfect righteousness and unbreakable union with the Father. “God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, ‘Abba! Father!’” (Galatians 4:6). You are forever loved, forever clean, and forever embraced the Father’s open arms.
Rest in this truth today: God doesn’t just tolerate you—He delights in you and loves pouring out His goodness on you because of Jesus. You are deeply, eternally loved.
